Chris and Leah O'Kane were getting married in an unfamiliar part of Ireland recently and chose this church because it was close to where they were having their reception. When they spoke to Father Ray Kelly he offered to maybe sing for them during the ceremony. They said ok.
Kelly told BBC Radio, "We had the rehearsal on Thursday evening and at the end I said, 'Sure, maybe I'll sing a song for you myself.' Leah grinned and said, 'OK, sure,' but I don't think she was taking it too seriously."
Let's just say Father Kelly brought his A game that day. Something tells me by this impish grin that he's done this a time or two.
I guess this is the person we should be the least surprised God gave an amazing gift to.
