After years of taking over Sin City, the Academy of Country Music is planning on moving their awards show to another city.

But don't worry, it's only a temporary change.

According to the Las Vegas Review Journal, in 2015 the ACM Awards will celebrate their 50th anniversary at the AT&T Stadium, in Arlington, Texas rather than in Las Vegas like normal.

Arlington, Texas also happens to be where George Strait will perform his final show in June.

Despite the change in location, Academy president Bob Romeo says he’s already planning ahead for 2016 and vows to “drive this back to Vegas.”

The ACMs have been taking place in Vegas since 2003 and moved to their current venue, the MGM arena, in 2006. Prior to 2003, the awards were held in Los Angeles

The 2014 ACMs are set to take over Las Vegas this weekend and will air on CBS Sunday night.
