So, what DID Scotty McCreery say during the national anthem?

This isn't exactly new, but I couldn't find any interviews or clips where Scotty McCreery spoke about this, so I asked him.

Back in the day, Scotty sang the national anthem before game 1 of the 2011 World Series. If you skip ahead to the 2:56 mark, you'll hear what got peoples panties in a bunch. Did he say "no Jose" or "oh say?"
