The Civil Wars debut new song, ‘Between the Bars’, and announce new digital EP

Despite being on an indefinite hiatus, The Civil Wars have debuted a beautiful new song, Between the Bars, which is a remake of an Elliott Smith song.

Surprisingly, the warring duo has also announced a new digital EP by the same name, out February 11.

The EP was originally released exclusively on vinyl for Record Store Day last year. Other songs included on the EP are Portishead's Sour Times, Michael Jackson's Billie Jean, and The Romantics' Talking in Your Sleep.

The Civil Wars' 'Between the Bars' will be available on iTunes Tuesday, February 11.
