So, so sad.
Last week I told you about little Delaney Brown, or Laney as her friends and family called her. She was the young girl battling a rare form of leukemia who had the opportunity to mark an item off her bucket list thanks to Facebook and The Make-a-Wish Foundation when she chatted with Taylor Swift via Skype.
It was a touching story.
Now, however, I've learned that little Laney unfortunately passed away on Christmas Day. The news was announced on the Facebook page set up in her honor.

My heart breaks right now. Our little angel on earth earned her pink glittery angel wings in heaven. She took her last breath at home in her bed at 3:10 surrounded by all her family and friends. I miss her so much already.
