Billy Ray Cyrus requests moment of silence … gets ignored

Well now this is awkward. 

TMZ posted this kind of funny, kind of sad video of Billy Ray Cyrus stopping an interview today to ask the room full of people to join him in a moment of silence to honor the anniversary of JFK's death. 

Poor Billy Ray doesn't exactly get what he asks for. 

Where's Miley when you need a room's undivided attention?
