Jason Aldean set to open up about divorce in CMA special

In the spotlight
Jason Aldean is ready to air some of his dirty laundry and will open up for the first time (that I can think of) about his divorce from his wife of 12 years, Jessica Ussery.

Jason will sit down with Good Morning America's Robin Roberts as part of her Countdown to the CMA Awards special that will air on November 5. According to ABC News, Jason will open up exclusively to Roberts about fame, family, and tabloid headlines he says helped end his marriage.

The marriage-ending headline is, of course, the one where Jason was photographed getting up close and personal with the lips of a lady who wasn't his wife.

The couple attempted to keep it together but called it quits in April of this year.

Other stars appearing on the show include Luke Bryan, Shania Twain, Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton.

“In the Spotlight with Robin Roberts: Countdown to the CMA Awards,” a Special Edition of “20/20,” airs on Tuesday, November 5, (10:00 – 11:00 pm ET) on the ABC Television Network.
