George Strait may seem like he has it all, but he admits that even he has a few regrets in his career.
George says, according to The Country Vibe, that one of his biggest career regrets is that he stopped writing his own music.
“I kind of quit writing for years. Because starting out I loved to write and wrote a lot and then I just kind of got away from it.”
Fortunately for fans (and George's regrets) he's getting back into writing. He says, “Now I’m getting back into it more and I’m enjoying that a lot. I’m writing with my son and other writers, so it’s a lot of fun.”
Strait just recently signed a five album deal with MCA Nashville so it's great to know that he has a lot of time left to write the wrongs of his career.
