Thanks to a coordinated effort by Luke Bryan's many, many fans, the booty shaker extraordinaire was officially trending on Twitter Friday after his Today Show performance.

In case you're not too sure what this means: When a whole lot of people put a hashtag (such as #lukebryantoday) into their tweets, if there's enough fans using the same hashtag it can become a trending topic on the social media site. It's kind of a big, albeit usually temporary, deal since it takes a whole lot of people talking about that particular topic at once for it to trend.
And for a short time yesterday, Luke Bryan was one of the most popular topics on Twitter. That definitely has to make Luke feel the love.
