Did Jana Kramer just email me?

Well will wonders never cease?

Earlier today I posted an email from a fan who had a bad experience at a recent Jana Kramer concert. It was a rant. I don't usually post those sorts of things, but occasionally it's nice for the fans to know that someone's actually listening if they genuinely feel slighted. Basically it was a bad experience at a concert and I'm sure we've all had them.

Well just a bit ago I got an email from someone claiming to be Jana Kramer herself. Was it her? Honestly I can't be sure because it's not like famous people routinely make their email addresses public, but I hope it was because it shows that she does really care what her fans think of her. Here's what the email said:

It's jana Kramer. Saw your post. I am very sorry to hear about that fans letter
and your post. I sign after every single show. I know how important my fans are
and i stay for hours after signing. Unfortunately that night were some
difficulties that I can't get into to for personal reasons and I'm sorry if I
offended anyone. Just sticking up for my side and I do know what fans mean and I
love them all. I have never not signed though. Of course the one show it gets
spotlighted and I'm sorry to anyone I may have turned off.

Sincerely
Jana Kramer

So there you go, if this was actually Jana emailing me than she genuinely sounds sorry for giving a fan a bad experience. You can't please everyone all of the time, but it's sure nice to say sorry if you do mess up along the way … even if you're famous.
