Brett Eldredge gets his radio #1 this week with ‘Don’t Ya’,
which is also at #6 on Country Digital Songs and #5 on Hot Country Songs. His
debut album, ‘Bring You Back’, has come in at #2 on Top Country Albums, only
missing #1 because of the force that is Florida Georgia Line. As usual, ‘Here’s
To The Good Times’, tops the album chart, and ‘Cruise’ tops Hot Country Songs
and Country Digital Songs. ‘Round Here’, their latest single, is beginning to
lose some momentum, falling to #8 on Country Digital Songs but rising to #7 on
Country Airplay and #6 on Hot Country Songs.
Again this week Hunter Hayes is a big player on the charts,
at #2 on Hot Country Songs, #3 on Country Airplay and #4 on Country Digital
Songs with ‘I Want Crazy’, but there are signs his peak has been and gone,
despite the fact that his self-titled debut album is still at #4. Randy Houser’s
‘Runnin’ Outta Moonlight’, last week’s radio #1, has dropped to #2 on the
chart, while elsewhere he is at #4 (Hot Country Songs) and #5 (Country Digital
Songs). Then there’s Luke Bryan, who despite his new single now climbing the
charts ‘Crash My Party’ has risen back up to #3 on Hot Country Songs, and is
sticking to #2 on Country Digital Songs. Speaking of ‘That’s My Kind of Night’,
it’s at #20 on Country Airplay, and his last album, ‘Tailgates & Tanlines’
has seen a resurgence, back up to #5.
Carrie Underwood is up this week with ‘See You Again’, at #7
on Hot Country Songs, #5 on Country Airplay and down to #16 on Country Digital
Songs. Also up this week is Tyler Farr’s ‘Redneck Crazy’, at #8 on Hot Country
Songs, and #10 on Country Airplay and Country Digital Songs, while Keith Urban’s
‘Little Bit of Everything’ is at #9 on Hot Country Songs, #4 on Country Airplay
and #15 on Country Digital Songs. Blake Shelton’s ‘Boys Round Here’ is finally
descending, down to #10 on Hot Country Songs now, but with his new single ‘Mine
Would Be You’ up to #21 and counting. On Country Digital Songs, meanwhile, ‘Boys
Round Here’ is #7, with ‘Mine Would Be You’ creeping up at #12, and Country
Airplay featuring the song at #21. ‘Based On A True Story…’ is down one place
this week to #2 on Top Country Albums.
New releases include Jake Owen’s ‘Days of Gold’, at #23 on
Country Digital Songs, and Clint Black’s ‘When I Said I Do’, at #30 on Top
Country Albums. Others doing well on the chart include Thomas Rhett, Easton
Corbin, Kip Moore, Justin Moore, Jason Aldean, Bill Currington, Darius Rucker,
and Lee Brice.
That’s it for this week, come by next Thursday for another
Billboard chart roundup!
