But who will play the kids? LeAnn Rimes’ reality show hits a motherly roadblock

As I wrote about a few days ago, LeAnn Rimes and her husband Eddie have landed their very own VH1 reality show which the couple hopes will dispel rumors about them and show the world how they really live.

Because we're all apparently dying to know.

According to Deadline, the show, tentatively called LeAnn & Eddie, will chronicle how the singer/actress and her actor/often unemployed husband "navigate their careers while also co-parenting Eddie’s two sons."

Only there's now a slight snafu in the plan … Eddie's ex-wife and mother of his two sons, Brandi Glanville.

According to RadarOnline, Brandi took to her Twitter on Friday to let fans know that her kids won't be appearing on the show: “My fancy kids don’t want 2 wake up but they R being picked up by dad 2 go 2 Aspen!Fancy! PS.no they won’t be on eddie show.”

Can't say that I blame her on that decision. Does seem like the lack of kids might make it a tad bit harder for Eddie and LeAnn to show how they co-parent, eh?

Of course, People.com did say that the show isn't actually a reality show but rather a scripted look into the famous couple's life so maybe the pair will just hire a couple of cute kids to play the parts.

LeAnn & Eddie is expected to premiere sometime early in 2014.
