Tim McGraw and Faith Hill list Franklin, Tennessee property for a hefty $20 million

If you're a cult leader in need of a compound to house your flock or you're a parent with loads of money burning a hole in your pocket and you're wanting to keep all your kids and grandkids close to the nest, have I got the property for you!

It's being reported that Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have listed one of their many properties for sale. This property, however, is special because it's massively huge.

According to RealEstalker, the Franklin, Tennessee property has 753+ acres and comes with at least six homes (Homes.com says four livable homes are on the property).

The known homes on the property include Beechwood Hall, or the H.G.W. Mayberry House as it's also known, a home listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This historic home is 6,856 square feet and was built in 1856. Then there's a 3330 square foot log cabin that was built in 1850. Apart from the historic homes, there are at least four smaller, normal-size, normal-looking homes on the property.

You can find more pictures and info on the property at RealEstalker. You can also see the real estate listing at Homes.com and check out a musical virtual tour here. On a side note, if you're wondering what sort of mortgage payment you'd have on $20,000,000, it'd would be $64,498.81 a month. I believe that's assuming you've put 20% down.
