Let's talk about what has now become a career defining moment for Eric Church. The infamous Rolling Stone interview. In it, he dissed reality singing competition shows. It was a ballsy move that paid off. We saw the real him, and we liked it. The new issue of Playboy includes an interview with the country music badass, and he again stood by what he said…which is not news. He's repeated this a million times since last spring. Since we're repeating old news, I interviewed Eric last September and he filled me on something that Rolling Stone left out of their interview, in his signature way: outspokingly soft-spoken.
