Josh Charles Is Wasted On Love

Josh Charles

What do you call a country music newcomer who mixes country, rock & blues all together? Josh Charles. Josh was born in California but spent his childhood in Kansas City, he is now a NYC resident. Josh has a lot of talents and songwriting is just one of them. He is a pianist, guitarist, singer and one heck of a songwriter. He started writing and performing as a teenager and some of his main influences include his mentor Dr.John, George Strait, Waylon Jennings and The Eagles. In a world of evolving country music, Josh enjoys listening to Brad Paisley, Blake Shelton and Eric Church. His newest single titled "Wasted On Love" was recorded for Downhome Records which he owns with his partner Milton L Brown. Josh also co wrote the song with Milton as well. In my opinion, his style comes off as traditional which I can really appreciate. However, I can hear the blues influence in there as well. Josh has big dreams and he plans to move to Nashville where he can perform for huge crowds and record the best music he can make. You can follow Josh on his journey at
