Looks like Toby Keith may be wanting to have a little discussion with at least one of his restaurant managers about a little thing called paying the bills.
According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, the year old I Love This Bar and Grill in Cincinnati is being sued by developers for $121,000 for breach of contract after becoming three months behind in rent.
The restaurant's manager declined to comment, but the restaurant's Facebook page addresses the issue saying that it's withholding rent because developers violated the lease by allowing another country music-themed restaurant into the same complex.
Despite being his namesake, a spokeswoman for Toby says that he doesn't actually own the restaurant and that the disagreement is a simple dispute between a landlord and a tenant.
