Pistol Annies' member Ashley Monroe is set to release her new album "Like a Rose" on March 5.
Ashley recently spoke with USA Today about the new album and debuted You Ain't Dolly (And You Ain't Porter) that she recorded with honorary Annie, Blake Shelton.
"It's borderline mean, but we love each other, so it isn't," Ashley tells USA Today of the song. She goes on to say she knew Blake would be perfect for the song. "He's country as dirt, and he's a walking encyclopedia of country music," she says. "He sang the hell out of it."
That he did as did Ashley.
Fans who pre-order "Like a Rose" on iTunes starting today will receive the duet as an instant download.
