Last night fans packed the streets of Silver Spring, MD for the iheart concert. Brett Eldredge, Jarrod Neiman, Lee Brice & Kelleigh Bannen performed together and of course it was a sold out show. Proceeds from the show went to the American Heart Association. This show was very unique, since all the artists were on stage together. They each took turns singing their hit songs. I got to hang out with Brett backstage and besides being very talented he is also very tall! It amazes me at the amount of talent he has, the boy can sing like no ones business. Brett performed "Tell Me Where To Park" first but my favorite was his last song "One Mississippi." The chemistry on stage between all the artists was so enjoyable, they acted like family. The set was all acoustic which made it sound that much better. Sometimes, all you need is a guitar and a great voice…less is more. Lee Brice was of course amazing, as always. However, I was extremely impressed by Kelleigh Bannen who did such a great job. I think she is going to be huge and I hope she sticks to her country roots. After all, I can appreciate real country music when I hear it. The show ended with a kick ass Hank Jr song "Family Tradition". There is nothing better than being in a packed room full of people who love country music. After all, we are all family. This is country music.
