According to Hits Daily Double, Garth Brooks will be bringing his new album, and his expansive catalog to Apple Music. The rumor mill states that Brooks accepted a $30 million offer from Apple after being turned down by UMG and Sony for his new album.
Brooks has been a long-time opponent of making music available to mainstream online services, even launching his own service, Ghost Tunes, with the release of his 2014 album, Man Against the Machine.
Let’s hope this is one rumor that turns out to be true. It’s time for a new generation of music lovers to discover Garth’s greatest hits.
