Wow, now this is scary.
My friends over at 98.1 The Bull tweeted this morning that Luke Bryan's concert was postponed in their neck of the woods. They followed up by saying there was a stage collapse last night. I went and googled and sure enough, Luke Bryan's stage had some sort of collapse at Ohio State University.
According to the local NBC station rescue crews were sent to the Schottenstein Center early Friday morning for a structure collapse.
The report says that the stage crew were working to tear down Bryan's stage after his show on Thursday when a portion of it fell over.
According to OSUPD (via NBC), Kyle W. Davis, 47, of Columbus, sustained a minor injury to his left foot; Leonard G. Devrijer, 49, of Columbus, sustained a minor injury to his left foot; Andrew J. Gammon, 26, of Nashville, Tennessee, sustained a minor injury to his left forearm; Steven J. Meyers, 41, of Bremen, sustained a minor injury.
Early reports are that a forklift may have struck the rear of the stage, causing it to collapse. Four employees were transported to the hospital for injuries, but none of the injuries were too serious.
More info to come.
