16-year-old Danielle Bradbery gave Blake Shelton his third win on "The Voice" last week and now she's firmly on her way to super stardom. To top things off, within 24 hours of winning the show it was announced that she had signed with Taylor Swift's musical home, Big Machine Records.
Yep, I see big things in Danielle's future, but the girl is still just 16 … and that's awesome. Why you ask? Because of the fun teenager-esque quotes that will be coming out in the future as everyone clamors to interview the rising star.
From Rolling Stone:
Is there an artist you'd like to emulate career-wise?
I guess I'd like to be this generation's Carrie Underwood.
Carrie's 30 and only won "American Idol" in 2005. The only thing better would have been if Danielle had said she wanted to be this generation's Taylor Swift. Now I'm not making fun of Danielle in any way, this quote just tickles me to no end.
I can tell you I already love me some Danielle.
Oh, and she should totally date Hunter Hayes. I mean check them out on the "Today Show." They're so dang cute together. Nothing better to launch a career than a high-profile dating life.
